Here are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the upcoming cross-server expansion that you should read.
Q. Which servers will undergo server reinforcement?
A. The cross server expansion will only affect Server 49 to Server 112 and Server 121 to Server 128.
Q. How will the server reinforcement process happen?
A. For the cross-server process, please see the attached image for a sample of how it will be done:
- Server 49 & 53 can interact in cross events with Server 57 & 62; players from Servers 57 & 62 and 49 & 53 can see each other in any scenario.
- Server 50 & 54 can interact in cross events with Server 57 & 62; players from Servers 57 & 62 and 50 & 54 can see each other in any scenario.
- Server 51 & 55 can interact in cross events with Server 59 & 64; players from Servers 59 & 64 and 51 & 55 can see each other in any scenario.
- Server 52 & 56 can interact in cross events with Server 60 & 61; players from Servers 60 & 61 and 52 & 56 can see each other in any scenario.
Servers 01-48 will become one joint server group, so players from servers 01-48 will only meet each other in cross-server events.
Servers 105-120 will become one joint server group, so players from servers 105-120 will only meet each other in cross-server events.
The login interface will remain the same
Q. What if I have a total of 5 or more characters from both servers? Will I be able to choose which characters to merge?
A. It doesn’t affect your characters; you can still log in with your 5 characters on Server 1 and another 5 characters on Server 5.
Q. What will happen to the ranking and existing guilds?
A. After server merging, the ranking will be rearranged.
Q. If there is another character with the exact name & spelling as mine, who will be forced to change?
（1）For characters with same name on each server, the system will change the character name to “Character Name + Server Number”. Players can change the character name by themselves. (The system will send a name change certificate to the character with the same name via mail.)
（2）If you have the same guild name, the system will change the guild name to “Guild Name + Server Number”. The guild leader can change the guild name by himself. (The system will send a guild name change slip to the guild leader with the same name via mail.)
Q. What will happen to the ranking and existing guilds?
A. Rankings will be recalculated within the joint group after the merge. Before the merge, players from Servers 49-112 competed for the rankings. After the merge, players from Servers 01-48 will compete for the rankings. Same goes with Servers 121-128.
Q. Will we be able to fight other servers in cross-server events? Or will it be the same faces?
A. Players from Server 49-61 will be on the same server and will be able to see each other in any scenario. Aside from that, players from Servers 49-61 (forming the same server joint group) will be able to see each other in cross-server scenarios. Same goes with the other joint server groups.
